How can I pre order d2 resurrected without included d3?
I already have d3. Don’t need to buy it again.
Btw, have d2 and lod clasdic as well.
So buying just an upgrade should suffice.

Diablo 2 Resurrected does not come with D3. It is a remaster of Diablo 2 base game and the Lord of Destruction expansion.
Then why does it say so in the description?
The “CE” comes with D3.
There is an option for just Diablo 2 R.

Prime Evil Collection (D3+RoS+Necro+D2:Resurrected) is £49.99
But the upgrade for existing D3+RoS+Necro owners is £42.99
Why is the upgrade more expensive than buying it outright?
Yeah the information on the shop page is junk - they want to get our money asap but don’t want to take the time to properly provide details lololol

As D2:R is coming out in 2021, and D4 isn’t, it’s safe to say this year the player numbers for it will be higher, yes.
Don’t mind paying the price.

On the official q&a section other developers have remastered games and if you have original copy you got remaster free upgrade for example if you had bioshock original on Steam you got remaster for free
So I put question to team if you own original copy will the remaster upgrade be free what u guys think ?

Should be a less than full game though.
It is $40. So it is less than a full Blizzard game yeah.
