I’ve seen lots of people saying they have preloaded the game on PC. It preloaded on my PS5 just fine. Yesterday the pre-load tab was on the battle.net app, but wasn’t functioning. Now the button is gone all together. Has anyone else ran into this issue?
Try to restart the Battle.net app. If that doesn’t work, try a PC restart.
The Stand is awesome by the way.

I’m also having this issue. I just see the “pre-purchase” button only (I’ve already pre-purchased and hitting this button again just eventually takes me to a screen that says I already own the game).
I’ve tried deleting the battle.net folder and reinstalling the battle.net app. I’m still having the same issues.
Do you have multiple accounts? Hard to diagnose without all possible info. Maybe you bought it on the wrong account? Restart b.net and pc.
