Power Shift forgoten?

I don’t know if just the tooltip wasn’t updated, but Siphon Blood’s Power Shift rune still writes 10% dmg per stack instead of 20% dmg per stack.

Since the change to 20% is the result of a legendary effect and not a change in the base skill, it shouldn’t be changed:

  • Funerary Pick: Siphon Blood from 2 additional targets. Each target takes 300% increased damage from you. The bonus from Siphon Blood - Power Shift is now 20% per stack and benefits all skills.

Aaaaahhh i see. I thought the rune Power Shift was buffed. LoL. I’m an idiot.
