Just an idea to fix paragon seeing that botting is still completely out of control. Why don’t we do like the wow team. Make a catch up mechanic so that paragon becomes a moot point and bridge the gap between bot and casual player:
Week 1 of season - No bonus
Week 2 of season - 0-500 (100% xp bonus)
Week 4 of season - 0-1000 (100% xp bonus)
Week 6 of season - 0- 1000 (200% xp bonus) (CONTINUOUS BONUS)
Week 7 of season - 1000 - 1500 (100% xp bonus)
Week 9 of season - 1000 - 2000 (200% xp bonus) (CONTINUOUS BONUS)
Week 11 of season - 2000 - 2500 (100% xp bonus)
ETC. ETC.
Make it so the bots are just early birds to the party. The casuals eventually catch up to them. Then add in a few ban waves to get rid of the accounts who haven’t logged off since the season has launched and maybe you can solve the botting issue we are facing.
