I submitted a ticket and was referred to here.
My Issue:
I have a character that was been rebirthed in seasons 11, 16 and 26 and leveled to 70, 56 and 11 in each season.
In my profile it shows I have had this charter to level 70 and had 160 hours played. My achievement screen show I leveled a Necro to Level 70 on 7/23/2017.
Any suggestion on a fix?

There’s nothing to fix. Everything’s working as intended.
When you rebirth a hero, your non-seasonal hero becomes a level 1 seasonal hero (maintaining their played time and kill count). You then level them during the season. At the end of the season, that hero becomes non-seasonal, at whatever level it was at the end of the season. If your Necro was level 11 when the season ended, that’s why it’s now a level 11 non-seasonal hero.
You need to level it back up to 70. If you ask nicely in the in-game General Chat for a power level, that could take less than 10 minutes.
