Possible to Reroll Meteor Damage to an Etherial?

I tried recipe 2 in the cube 30 times and could not get it to show up. Do I have to wait for it to drop that way?

you can reforge Ethereals in the cube to get the extra powers for meteor

Does it work tho? As I said in my post I reforged 30 times and it still did not show up

It seems to be weighted to not show up. My first ever ethereal this season was the two-handed rod and it rolled with Molten Core’s power. But it took 44 tries to get my Wizardspike to roll it. Very frustrating.
