Pop up asking what I was doing when this popped up

I reinstalled the program and it did no good. I cannot play the game. It’s been 3 days now. I tried several other things none worked.

Looks like you got the usual crash event popup – did you record the ID ? That would be a long hexadecimal number on the popup.

Without detailed information on the crash itself… and on your system, the best I can offer is some generic troubleshooting for Diablo III crashes.

Your web profile shows that you last played the game last Tuesday (13 Feb); can you think of changes that might have been done to your system since then – new software or hardware, Windows upgrade, GPU upgrades ??
