Hola hola gentecilla qué tal?
La pregunta es sencilla, señores de Blizzard, aquellos paneles abiertos para los que no es necesaria una entrada virtual, podemos emitirlos y comentarlos en directo?
Necesitamos algún permiso especial?
Recurro a estos foros dado que en los Españoles no recibimos contestación desde hace meses.

Based on the discussions in this post:
I think you can broadcast and comment on the free portions of Blizzcon (i.e. the opening ceremonies and some of the esports matches). However, anything that is restricted behind paid access cannot be redistributed.
In Spanish:
Yo pienso que sí tu puedes. Pero únicamente las partes que no necesitan el Virtual Ticket.

Hola Iria, yo pienso igual, pero el problema es que no consigo una confirmación de alguien con la capacidad legal para amonestarme si lo hago.

Habrá que esperar a que un azul llegue a tiempo y pueda aclararlo. Igualmente Nicrín, yo creo que deberías de poner el título del post en Inglés para que la gente angloparlante pudiese entrar a opinar (ya sabemos que hay personas que si no ven un hilo en su idioma directamente pasan de él).

Es de vergüenza que no respondan (ni si quiera lo lean) en español y tengamos que venir aqui a hacernos oir. No cuesta casi nada pasarse una vez a la semana y, aunque sea, mirar, que son foros oficiales y son menos serios que los no oficiales.

I looked up the exact rules, see point 9 in the Ticket User Agreement:
THAT WHILE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS FROM HANDHELD PHONES, TABLETS (SUCH AS IPADS) AND VIDEO CAMERAS ARE GENERALLY PERMITTED AT BLIZZCON, YOU MAY NOT RECORD, STREAM or otherwise transmit, or aid in recording, streaming or transmitting of GAMEPLAY FROM ANY OF THE SCREENS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TOURNAMENT GAMEPLAY), AND RECORDING OR NON ESPORTS STAGE CONTENT, SUCH AS DEVELOPER PANELS, LIVE ARTIST STAGES, THE COSTUME AND TALENT CONTESTS ON FRIDAY EVENING, OR THE BLIZZCON CLOSING CEREMONY ON SATURDAY EVENING, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED;
Thus, streaming the esports tournaments appears legal as it is an explicit exception. Additionally, the opening ceremonies is not specifically mentioned as prohibited or not (the closing ceremonies is prohibited though). It might be okay to stream the opening ceremonies but I’m not sure.
Based on the rules above, it seems:
Only the esports tournaments appear to be 100% legal to stream.
Solamente los torneos de eSports son 100% legales para transmitir.

En este post dejan claro que no se pueden grabar los paneles del viernes por la noche, pero su viernes por la noche son nuestros paneles del sábado madrugada, los destinados a cosplay y a eventos de la comunidad, cerrados con acceso de entrada virtual. Mi interés son los paneles del viernes por la mañana.

In that post they make it clear that Friday night panels cannot be recorded, but their Friday night are our Saturday morning panels, those destined for cosplay and community events, closed with virtual entrance access. My interest is Friday morning panels.

Me parece terrible que la comunidad de Europa no disponga de un community manager y que Blizzard no este tomando acciones para remediar eso, al menos no de forma evidente. Ojala que te puedan responder por aqui Nicro.

Si no contestan, que no contestarán… me limitaré a comentar lo que estaremos viendo todos porque se emitirá gratis y en abierto, pero cada uno en su monitor…

I understand that only e-sports can be rebroadcast. But it’s according to the regulations of those who will attend the blizzcon.
