Please make Altar of Rites permanent

Could we get something like the altar permanently?

I really personally have enjoyed having goals to run all the content of the game this season thanks to the altar and it honestly kinda felt like a natural extension of the game itself to the point I would absolutely love this sort of thing being a normal part of the game. Does anyone else feel the same way about this?

Altar of Rites Permanent Season Only future seasons

Not sure how many more D3 Seasons Blizzard will continue after the launch of D4. I always look forward to D3 Season. Even after D4 arrives I would like to come back to D3 for the next season if the Altar of Rites was available in Season Only. I heard they might re-use old season themes which would be great, but also leave Altar of Rites as a permanent season only to help level and enjoy D3 season until Blizzard finally shuts it down. My 2 cents.

hello, personally, this season 28, it was the one that I enjoy playing the most, both with a friend and alone, I hope they leave the altar permanently, not only did we have much more playing time to complete the season, but it allowed us reach higher sites with not so effective builds, if it is as they say that season 29 is going to be the last with new content, hopefully the Alta is something permanent for those of us who do not have the possibility of being able to play diablo 4, the altar wil…

As far as I am aware a season feature was only made core once, but this one seems like it has a little too much work put into it to just be a 4 month last hurrah before the game is permanently put on the back burner. Anyone think this might just stay in the game as a final progression path afterwards??

Honestly, I actually expect that the altar may be made permanent and/or added to non-season. That said, I’d would be astonished if they added the full altar to non-season without reducing it’s power or capabilities in any way.

It’s not impossible. We’ve had a few seasonal themes that were either made permanent albeit with some adjustments (such as the echoing nightmare), and/or popular enough to have new additions placed in the game that were based on the seasonal theme, such as the LoD gem that was added due to how popular the season of nightmare theme was. So yeah, it’s not impossible for the altar to be made perm, although if it were, I imagine some adjustments would be made on it and the powers it grant.

Please Keep Alter of Rites for Season 29

Non-season is the core game itself where developers use as a base which aspects need a buff, or if certain builds need more information. When developers decide how to pull the power surge in the new Season, for sure they look at their tables about non-Seasonal first. You’re asking them to embed a whole new asset into the game permanently, plus forcing them to mind the impact of that with each upcoming season.
