Even if it’s just for S29, please reduce it to 11. The SSF leveling with DH will be a lot smoother with HA than FoK or Impale. This will also make it easier for Fissures or regular bounties right at the beginning.
As mentioned in the other thread, this change has no downsides whatsoever and is absolutely simple to implement.
