Since Necros can now use Mantle of Channelling, can they also start benefiting from Taeguk with Siphon?
It is a channeling skill and that shouldn’t be game breaking.
I’m sure it would be included with Taeguk. If it cost resource. Note that Taeguk specifically only applies to channeling skills that cost resource.

So that excludes siphon and electrocute. Why make the distinction?
Neither are game breaking skills but could add some much needed damage and mitigation to a blood nova build.
That is why I’m asking for the change.
