Please add a way to get all Smithing plans.

The Bag of Fortune should include the Gem (IMPERIAL quality, like 100 gems) that require when you reroll item property at Mystic, and 100 mil of gold too. And every Reforge at the cube in PTR should re turn a Primal, so people gonna have more time testing the game than stay at the cube to reroll item to oblivion. I mean after ptr everything will be erase so Why not !!! OR testing the cube is include in the PTR too, then i have nothing to say 
Ain’t got the crimson set yet after several full T16 acts. They did drop once…lvl31.
Every single crafting and jeweler plan should drop from the Very FIRST Bounty Cache you open…
This should be a permanent change added to season, so even if you complete all bounties in just One act no matter on what difficulty level, you get ALL crafting plans and jeweler plans too after opening it…
You could also divide all crafting and jeweler plans to every act cache, so after opening Your First All 5 acts horadric caches you get all plans this way too…
