I’ve been playing D3 since 2017 and have almost 1,000 hours on the game. All I want is to get the platinum trophy but PlayStation isn’t registering that I completed them. I’m only missing “Dashing through the rift” which is to complete a rift within 15 mins and I’ve completed many seasonal characters over the time. The other is “Fire in your new boots” which is to kill Urzael who I’ve killed in many different ways. They come up as completed in game when I make a new seasonal but have never come up as a PSN trophy. I’ve reached out to PlayStation and Blizzard in hopes to fix this but the community is all I have left to get some answers. Does anybody have a solution to this madness??
You might want to start by moving this thread to the Console Bug Report Forum.
This forum is for reporting D3 game bugs on a PC on the Live server.
