Playing Diablo 2 Resurrected on PS5 and Nintendo Switch

I’m thinking of playing the PS5 version and the Nintendo Switch version with the same save data by the cross progression function.

When restarting with the PS5 version based on the data progressed with the Switch version,Can I get a trophy?
For example, after clearing ACT1 with the Switch version, can I get the ACT1 clear trophy when restarting with PS5?

Has anyone actually tried it?
Please let me know.
