"Player Health Bars" not working

The following options do not work.
Options - GamePlay - HUD - Display Player Health Bars
Options - GamePlay - HUD - Display Player Names

Also, if you press ‘Show Player Health Bars’ (Default key binding as ‘D’) then
“Player Health Bars are Enabled - [D].” in the chat window,
but nothing appears above my character’s head.

Have these features been discontinued?
Or is there something wrong with my environment?
I’m playing on the PC version.

Pretty sure those only apply on other players chars, not your own.

and as far as I have seen you need to log out then back in to get them to show, I could be wrong because it’s been some time that I have turned on or off the show health bars.

Nope. It changes / displays within the same game. I often accidentely press D since I play WASD games (or more accurately ESDF in my case).
