Pickup radius items 2019

Anyone know a current list of pickup radius items and info?

www(dot)diablowiki(dot)net(slash)Pickup(underscore)Radius

…is really out of date.

This has got to be the worst way to post a link or an internet address…

To post a link:

  • copy-paste the link in your message
  • highlight the link you just pasted
  • click the </> button in the formatting bar at the top of the message input window.

You will note that the internet address will now have a grave accent before and after the address… once you reply, it will show up as : https://www.diablowiki.net/Pickup_Radius

Much better… don’t you agree ?

These are the only items that give more then 2 yards.

Rondal’s Locket (amulet) 4-6 yards pick up radius
Thing of the Deep (Witch Doctor) 20 yards
Avarice Band (ring) upto 30 yards

There are some other items that automatically have 1-2 yards on every drop, but from what I can remember most items can have 1-2 yards re-rolled onto them if they didn’t get it in the fist place.

The craftable Corruption use to have 7 but was hit with the nerf bat down to 1-2 yards.

Pickup Radius got heavily nerfed when Blizz killed using Globes as the primary source of healing. Avarice Band is really the only solid pickup radius item around combined with Boon of the Hoarder, but if you absolutely wanted to max out pick up radius you can hit ~75 or so “yards” while playing WD - 55 for everybody else. That’s about half your screen worth in range - Yards are absolutely tiny in game.

True, but those (dots), (slash), (underscore) gave me a chuckle.
I may have to ‘borrow’ that formatting.

Yes… someone made a picture once… here :

Yes that was made during the first few weeks of D3’s release i think. You can see the original potion system in that pic. It’s extremely useful, every D3 player should have seen this.
The best thing to take away from that pic. is that the screen is almost exactly 50 yards wide horizontally, and 60 yards long vertically.

Is the Stolen Ring still the only ring that has pickup radius?

The best thing I always take away from that pic is that the Nephalem is around 8-10 yards tall (24-30 feet). No wonder they are so over powered.

Lol i did not notice that before. We are giants!

The stolen ring looks like it has the graphic of “Band of Might” which is a Barbarian ring. I don’t believe “Stolen Ring” drops anymore and is outdated.

A website that I like to use to look for certain stats even though its a little out of date:
http://www.d3maxstats.com/items/
Us the drop down menu on Affix then click search

Then I can verify items stats since I know the item to look for at:
https://us.diablo3.com/en/item/
This is directly updated by Blizzard so it should be correct & current.

A massivly good resource for most things Diablo 3 can be found here:

Something cool to implement… probably too late to ask… would be to have a coloured area that would appear in front of your hero, the direction he is looking at, that would show the range of a skill that would be use.

Obviously some are different, examples;
-meteor would appear on a circular in-front.
-multiple shot would show the array.
-hota/ss would cone starting at hero.

That would come up when you drag your mouse over the skill on the tab-bar at the bottom of the screen.

Would that be a possibility?
