finally made it, time to farm some gear. Feels good not to cheat like most people getting powerleveled. Not even sure why you guys even play, or dont even play, the game. Botters, hudders, leveling exploiters, you’ll never look at your character like i do and feel the same pride of your achievements.
I also level in my own so far. But I wouldn’t say getting friends’ help is cheating. If so, may you just solo your way through this season without grouping with others that are stronger than you, inevitably carry you.
Don’t put these in the same category as power levelers . I wouldn’t say powerleveling is ‘bad’ per se (then again, I consider NR, GR leeching to be pretty low. so who am I to really say).
Your tone seems to suggest you’re not really using any of the tricks that is out there. CR cache, upgrading and cubing 70 item, level 70 rare weapon as low as at level 40, those kind of tricks. All of them can be done playing solo, which makes fast players able to hit 1 to 70 in little more than a hour, 2 hr for slower player. It’s not much of a feat to say ‘finally made it’. And after that, with Gem of Ease, even slow players can hit their toon to 70 in an hour.
Putting people that powerlevel in the same bucket as botters is exceedingly unsophisticated simple.
I used to think likewise, look at them pesky weak lazy people that ask powerlevel. Then I got my head out of my own *SS. Yours seem to be still stuck in there.
I still level up my own chars solo, just like most it takes only a couple hours. Even this season were I got rotten bad-luck in the rolls and Kadela totally stitched me during the leveling. Still level solo’d.
But when I see people ask for powerlevel, it doesn’t fill me with disdain. I know it’s actually good fun to powerlevel people (I do, even have a dedicated build to powerlevel others) and it is also a lot of fun to get powerleveled. It’s called helping each other . It’s a nice feeling.
Here is to us who experienced helping others and who don’t feel a misplaced jealousy to people that ask for powerlevels.
Bunch of lazy entitled cheaters in this thread. back in my day we had to collect the heart, brain, and eyeball to craft the flail. you guys just want all the waypoint skips, you have no pride and you’re upset because nobody respects your character for cheating.
What a lame post, calling power leveling cheating…
It is simply allowed, therefor people use it.
It is not some weird, funky exploit…
And if they want to play that way that is up to them.
Not sure why people feel the need to elevate themselves above other legitimate players.
(Botters, following current rules, are actual cheaters and should exterminated).
I have finished the season journey solo in about 12h with UE DH (Eu server) and now I want to test the new dh set. It is not that hard if u get the CR cache.
One caveat to the above. Probably not a good idea for brand new players to be power leveled on their very first toon. They miss out on learning how to actually play the game. All of a sudden they are lvl 70 and then have no idea what to do.
After that, knock yourself out and play however you wish.
I tried using the meat cleaver trick for the first time, it was hard, had to practice sneaking around and not be one-shotted, and seasonal theme didn’t help one bit.
People who get powerleveled are not cheaters. Blizzard are the ones that allows it.
But, Blizzard should simply make sure you cant be powerleveled. Like give a 99.9999999999% xp penalty if teamed up with a high lvl character or whatever.
