Permafrost doesn’t have lut socks like Earthquake, so its mobility is not as good as Earthquake. Even worse, its damage is worse than Earthquake.Might of the Earth set on the Ladder List has 9 out of 10 players playing earthquake and 1 playing Permafrost, so there is an imbalance between Permafrost and earthquake gameplay. My suggestion is,

Seismic Slam deals [400 - 500]% increased damage to the first 10 enemies it hits,and deals 750% increased damage for the first 3 enemies it hits.
