On my seasonal Character Baba Yagaz, I picked up the tome of set dungeons, Page 85, Page 86, Page 90, and Page 92. They do not show in my inventory. I am unable to pick them up again at the tome of set dungeons. I am unable to unlock The next seal in the Altar of rites. Please help. Thank you.
Are you sure you are at the correct Lecturn? One room has a Scribe’s Lecturn which drops Lachdenan’s Diary pages, and another room has the Tome of Set dungeons.

It is possible to pick up multiple copies of the same Set Pages. So, I don’t know why you’re having an issue with that.
They gave the Page numbers. So, I assume they’re at the correct one.
It sounds to me like a bug reported years ago with players using higher resolution monitors or HD TVs.
Try changing from Fullscreen to Windowed (Fullscreen) and see if that helps. If it does, you should be able to switch back to Fullscreen.
If that doesn’t work, quit the game and, on the Launcher, go to the game options for D3 and check the box for 32-bit. If you’re already on 32-bit, uncheck that box so it runs in 64-bit.
If none of that works, I don’t know what else to tell you.
