Patch Required bug?

Update: Patch finally installed, playing now! :slight_smile:

Good Afternoon,
I keep getting a dialog box that “A new patch for Diablo III is available. The game will now close and apply the patch automatically. You will be able to continue playing after the patch has been applied.”
Version 2.7.3.81426

I have attempted this 4 times now, including completely shutting down battle.net and restarting my computer.

how did you fix it i’m still getting the same message

Dunno what’s going on.
Will keep on trying to find updates until it works

Same thing, closed and restarted battle.net as well. scanned for repair, checked for updates. deleted and completely reinstalled

same and still says the same thing it won’t go away

I’m getting the same, tried restarting uninstalled reinstalled scan and repair multiple times says it is up to date which can plainly see it’s not. Would be nice to see maybe a blue address this.

Anyone found a solution???

finally got it to update though it took me uninstalling/reinstalling 3 times

well, I’ve got it to update a couple times now, but the game just sits on the initial loading screen then I get the not responding message.

I was having the same issue but found something that worked for me:

1: Close out of launcher
2: Open Task Mgr & look for Battle.net update process (something along those lines) and end the process.
3: Open launcher again
4: Update should work
