Patch broke game, cannot launch

Last patch wiped out my stored items of my character. Stupid game.

This patch is worse. Game worked fine before patch. Game is missing necessary files to launch afterwards. What a mess. Simple fix options failed. Option the error suggests it to reinstall. I bought this online, not even sure how to do that as I a NOT paying for it again.

  1. Run the Battle․net App.
  2. Make sure Diablo III is selected.
  3. If you have an Install button, click it to install Diablo III.

If you have a Play button, try to run the Scan and Repair option.

  1. Run the Battle․net App.
  2. Click the Settings button (gear icon to the right of the Play button).
  3. From the context menu click Scan and Repair.
  4. Wait for it to finish and check the results window that pops up. If errors were found, they should be corrected.

If errors were not found, you might want to do a clean install. Make sure you’ve selected the correct installation location you prefer in the D3 Game Settings.

  1. Run the Battle․net App.
  2. Click the Settings button.
  3. From the context menu click Uninstall. (The Play button should now say Install).
  4. Click Install and wait for the Battle․net App to fully install Diablo III.

Note: You do not have to purchase the game again. Once a Blizzard game is registered it’s yours forever. Just don’t lose your log-in information.

That is right you can install your game on as many computers you want. But can only playing it on one at a time. You stuff is not save on your computer. Yes the game is install but that is it.

Even if you delete everything off of your computer. You still have everything because everything is save online not your computer.
