My son recently watched me play D3 and asked to see my previous records for season. I pulled up the leaderboards for solo wizard (which is what i always play) and the records I was looking for are missing. I had a few top 10/ top 20 records in early seasons, I think seasons 1-4. I viewed my profile and it says “no recorded history” for seasons 1, 2, and 4. My season 3 tab isn’t even in my profile at all.
I tried to check the rankings on the official D3 website, but my rankings aren’t there either. I did see some leaderboard ranks with a blank space where the name of the character should have been.
Why are some ranks blank? And why are my records missing?

Q: What will happen to older Seasonal and Era records?
A: Starting with Season 10, we removed old personal bests from Season 1. When Season 18 arrives, we will remove old personal bests from Season 9, and so on. We will be doing the same for personal bests from the previous Era when the next one goes live.
Seasonal Leaderboard records are not being cleared and will remain archived both in game and on our website.

Thanks. That answers my question about the records. However, I’m not on the leaderboards from those seasons when I know for a fact I was for at least 2-3 of them. Iirc my best season was season 2 and I got top 5 on US solo wizard board. I can’t even find my account in the top 200 in any of those seasons.

You can access your records. Idk why the blizzard response was so bad above.
You can change era to be season and get seasonal records and you can change the number after that to any season and you can change barbarian to whatever your class is.
You can also locate these things ingame but it’s a bit of a gratuitous process to do so.

This is BS! What is the point? I had a Season 1 WD (Pets) so I was the best in the Americas with Pets and it was a lot of hard work to get there, but now it’s gone? WHAT IS THE POINT! I was #22 out of all WD’s solo and I did it WITH A PET BUILD!
