I have a level 70 Witch Doctor (Seasonal) and his level 70 passive skill is unlocked, and yes, I AM level 70, I’ve accrued 189 Paragon points so far.
I cannot find a way to get a ticket submitted because it keeps telling me to go to the forums and report a bug but that doesn’t help fix my character. How am I supposed to find someone to fix it?
The paragon points will carry over. Delete your hero and get someone to power level a new hero to level 70
Remember to store your potion and your follower gear before deleting your old hero.
It looks like you did that yourself.
