You need Iron Skin before you can get Natural Resistance. They are both Passive skills.
If I add Natural Resistance, will Iron Skin also continue to be turned on?
You can select 4 passives to have active, and can get a 5th with a Hellfire Amulet.
So, if you enable both, yes. They do not “upgrade” but become unlocked by level.
We’re talking about D2R right? These are the D3 forums, but Natural Resistance is a D2 skill. I know the answer though - if you add Natural Resistance, Iron Skin will continue with however many points you put into it.
