Passability did not work while strafing. I was unable to go through walls unless I stopped strafing.
Multiple people filed bugs like this. Any channeling or “power” seems to be blocked by walls so Steed Charge on Crusader didn’t work nor did Whirlwind from Barb or Tempest Rush on Monk. You can still walk thru mobs while using the powers. And if you revert to basic walking you can pass thru walls. Why it doesn’t work like Illusory Boots is anyone’s guess.
