I have just reached paragon level 800 with 26 hours playtime and have not received at least ONE Ramaladnis Gift yet. The character has not been boosted, I played 99% solo only. This impedes the progression of my altar and I am unable to upgrade my weapons. What should I do? Is there any way to focus farm these? Thanks
2-2.5 min speed GRs with 90 GR minimum. I have 20 ish ramaldani and 10 ish screams from about 6 ish hours of that.

Best remains speedfarming GR90 (you don’t get extra loot if you go higher). pray and sacrifice maybe something to diablo
Many seasons back i advocated that besides getting it as a drop, Kadala should also sell it for example 1500 bloodshards (as that would mean you needed at least a GR100 done)

Yeah, I mean there is no other way to obtain them and being required for the altar im stuck on lvl 12 or so lol.
I had 9 at paragon 800 and as of now at 1070 paragon i have 13 and 7 echoes. Strange luck
Keep farming to improve, level up, get good gear and drops. You may get lucky and get other gear that’s needed later on (maybe some primals). Maybe check maxroll.gg to see if your build is set up in a good way
Ive used 3. Have 4 in my stash & have given 2 away. All this at 1k paragon
Paragon 147 (I’m in no hurry this season - other RL stuff to do) and I have 2.

They are definitely more rare this season but keep grinding you will eventually find a bunch
I don’t think there’s sufficient evidence to say they are more or less rare than previous seasons. Every season has these early season anecdotes about how rare they are. This season we are simply more pressed for time with them being a sacrifice.
Good news is it’s an item we don’t need a lot of. 2, maybe 3, is all we really need until one starts playing many characters.
Results may vary. I got 2 before paragon 200.

Yeah, RGs have always been hit or miss every season. Some seasons, they drop early and often; while in others, I’ve passed p700 and completed the season journey before the first one dropped.
I thought this season that I would get the challenge rift cache before I got a gift, but thankfully one dropped Sunday evening.
Sometimes (this could just be confirmation bias) it seems that once the first one drops, they drop consistently from then on. Always wind up with more than I need.
There is evidence. Last season there were other “consumables” that could sanctify items which I think inflated ramaldni’s drop rate. I think it was inflated with the introduction of echoing nightmares as well.

Paragon 600 here and I’ve found about 3 Ramaladni’s and 5 Screams since the season started.
On the other hand, I’ve only found 2 Ancient Items for my build, and no Primals. It’s all RNG.

I got 3 or 4 just leveling up a gem in 90-115 GRs last night
Meanwhile, back to the Caverns of Frost…
