As the topic says, is it actually possible to get over 75% CDR? The most I have been able to get is a little over 70

25% from diamond with Leoric’s
15% from Gogok
8% x6 from shoulders, gloves, Vigilante Belt, amulet and both rings
10% x3 from paragon and both weapons
20% from passive (Beacon of Ytar etc.)
20% from Captain Crimson 2 piece
That comes out to 81.97% CDR and that does not include In-Geom procs, Zodiac procs and Messerschmidt procs.

My Rainbow farmer / Sprinter wizard hits a a tad under 80% CDR with Gogok fully stacked. E.g. https://us.diablo3.com/en/profile/TinneOnnMuin-1187/hero/77756917 (armory is bugged, cube is Leoric’s Crown + RoRG)
Armory profile only shows 70.5%, but it doesn’t include Gogok or the Leoric’s Crown effect from the cube. And maybe not paragon either. Actual CDR is 79.96% in game with Gogok stacked.
The Archon teleport scales with attack speed, so it’s basically a high attack speed build with Vyr’s 4-piece and then as much CDR as possible.
Paragon: 10%
Evocation: 20%
100% Leoric’s Crown + Diamond: 25%
Captain Crimson’s: 20%
Weapon:10%
Source: 8%
Shoulders: 8%
Gloves: 8%
Ring1: 8%
Ring2: 8%
Amulet: 8%
Gogok: 15%
Total: 1-(1-0.1)^2*(1-0.2)^2*(1-0.25)*(1-0.15)*(1-0.08)^6 = 79.96% CDR
You could get a little more with Born’s set (10% CDR from 3p bonus) and/or Vigilante belt (8% CDR), but neither of those would work with my build. And 80% CDR is sufficient for 100% Archon uptime anyway.
But if you work in 2p of Born’s (e.g. shoulders + chest), 2p of Captain Crimson (e.g. pants + boots), RoRG, and Vigilante Belt along with max rolls everywhere you could hit 83.4% CDR if my math is right.
EDIT: Oh, and Gloves of Worship + an Empowered Shrine could boost you from 83.4% CDR to 91.7% CDR for 10 minutes.

That’s what I was getting also. I was trying to run without zodiac ring. With POJ set and crimsons. One passive for another 20%

Yes, it’s easy with Empowering Shrine + Channeling Pylon. Otherwise, it requires a ton of specific gear.

I should have clarified earlier. I was wondering if it was possible with gear and passives only. Not with shrines or pylons. Basically CDR on the character sheet
I currently have 73.83% on a Crusader Aiges of Valor set. Only the Helm is ancient. On rerolls there is a total of 4% more I could get with 1% x 4 pieces. I’m not sure but I think that would max at about 75% based on what you’re looking for.
I’m using Captain Crimson’s for the 20% plus the diamond in the helm with Leoric’s Crown cubed (+25%), but other than that all the rest is permanently on gear.
This Set is the top GR 150 choice for everyone, but I don’t know their specifics. I do run Akarat’s Champion at a 24 second trigger with only 4 seconds down time per cycle (without Dawn cubed).
BTW, I like YuhunSuhan’s use of the Born crafted set, but I couldn’t give up my massive damage of Darklight and cubed Fate of the Fell.
Each build is a give and take. with the 73% PLUS Eberli Charm (+47%CDR) I end up with 4 seconds Akarat’s Champion downtime, but kill with a 100% uptime of Heaven’s Fury in a nice hold and spray kill of everything in the area.

If I have both weapons with CDR I can have 69% as I am currently geared. Cubing Leorics I would lose my defensive armor piece.
@Meteorblade - The reason I questioned his use of Dawn in the cube is because he was talking about his Sader character.
