I play private games and today I am unable to play any of my characters. I receive the message only party leader can activate or something like that when I try to play.

me too. Tag my issue as well, maybe we can get both of these high enough they will notice it. Only available to party leader - can't start game

I’m having the same problem 
anyone know whats going on? I’ve checked the twitter and maintenance posts but theres nothing said.

Same here, I tried the following:
– reinstal the game completly,
– deleted Blizzard Entertainment folder from %ProgramData%
– checked drivers and network, all fine
– restarted the computer and the game multiple times
– searched for the issue online, this issue supposse to be fixed at least a year ago… (GG Blizzard)
