My old DH, lvl 33, Havent played in a while. When i got in recently, it showed new skills, even though i had already earned them, suggesting to me that the skills have changed since the last time i played. Some how, i have 2 secondary skills sets, and no stealth skills set options. I cant customize my toolbar (double abbilities). and i have no choice as to skill set for “1” button.
Do you have elective mode enabled (Options > Gameplay > Interface)? If so, try using the arrow buttons next to the skills to switch between skill types: Primary, Secondary, Defensive, Hunting, Devices, and Archery. Also, is this on console or PC?
PC. and its on my screen as Primary, Secondary, Secondary, Hunting, Devices, and Archery. i Have a new seasonal that has the Defensive skill type available
