Last year, someone created a thread like that. It was the second largest thread (losing to the Barbarian one) on the forum. We posted studies (the “you love piracy” argument), companies that removed their “online-only DRM” (Square, Rockstar, etc) because the players complained a lot - the “you offline people are the minority” argument - we debunked a lot of those. Thousands of posts.

With a lot of great ARPGs out there and D3 Bot Edition (online only!) losing 99,9999% of the initial playerbase (pretty sure It’s a record, considering D2 is - at least one of - the best RPG ever created), D4 has a lot to prove.
