I have had 5 separate occasions where i thought i unequiped my offhand but its completely missing from my inventory i notice it after entering a gr. season 34 on ps4 playing demon hunter. it doesn’t happen on my other two characters.
Are you trying to wear 2 Sanctified Items at the same time? That’s not working, as you can wear only one of those at any given time.
