Not upgrade latest patch. An i have only 1.03 on ps3 why?

PS3 and Xbox 360 are too old to upgrade.

2.06a is the final patch on ps3. which i think translates to 1.03 on the playstation.

if you wish to have the latest patch, purchase a ps4
