Have they changed how this has worked? Do you have to be a minimum level or do something new to claim them?
Completed Chapter 1 - no mail with any rewards
Chapter 2 -not high enough to complete some
Chapter one never gave rewards. Only 2, 3 and 4. Two pieces each chapter. Chp2 will give 3 pieces if the set has 7 pieces all togeather.

Completing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the Season Journey will reward you with three of Haedrig’s Gifts. Each Gift contains a few pieces from one of your Class Sets. Players can only unlock one Class Set in this manner per Season across Hardcore and Non-Hardcore, so choose wisely!
