Not getting credited for a quest

Hi
In the new season, I have killed Izual up to Torrent 7 and I am still not getting credited for that quest.
It states Master level or more, and I have been doing more, as I said above and still nothing.
What do I have to do?

Another Chance
Kill Izual at level 70 on Master difficulty or higher.

Destroyer
Vandalism
Kill Urzael at level 70 on Torment XIII difficulty.

Are you definitely killing the right boss with a level 70 hero?

On Torrent XIII ? Nooo have done all other seasons with no probs, on other toons. I am above level70 :s

I believe Meteorblade is asking you if you are you killing the right boss. Izual or Urzael?

One of the more common errors is mixing up the two bosses. Urzael and Izual.

Double check you are doing exactly what Meteor said.
