New problem. Used primordial ash to upgrade my shoulders but it will not let me equip them keeps saying I can’t use 2 of the same item. Um i can only equip 1 shoulders and right now i ain’t wearing any. I tried quitting and resuming no good. Quit and closed game and reopened no good. This is a major problem and needs fixing ASAP. Otherwise game isn’t playable for me. Which sucks as i really wanted to see how far i could get since i have the alter completely unlocked.
This message appears when you are already wearing any crafted (with cube recipe #11) primal. The warning is in the patch notes:

We have also added a Primal Item recipe to Kanai’s Cube, allowing you to upgrade any non-crafted legendary item to a Primal Item for 100 Primordial Ashes. Only one upgraded Primal Item may be worn at a time and upgraded Primal Items do not retain the properties of the Legendary Item that was used. New affixes are rolled for all upgraded Primal Items.
