Have been trying to open Diablo 111 for three days but update 2.6.7b is refusing to download is just cycling and locking me out

Hey there Norman,
Might be best to start on this one by power cycling both the computer and network. Basically just power them down and unplug them for 15+ minutes before plugging them back in.
Another thing to try is reinstalling the Blizzard app.
Look at your task manager , and End task or delete any Blizzard Update agent(32 bit) services . Then click your Update button to retry
