This is by far the most annoying achievement I have yet pursued in Diablo III. I have been working on “The Veiled Treasure,” a dungeon that spawns from the Ancient Machine, for over a week now (just this time trying) and it never appears. RNG is fine but holy snot, at least make it so that something appears 1 in 100 or something.

I do hope you’re taking advantage of The Ancient Devices bounty when it appears in Act 2. that spawns four of the Ancient Devices on the same map, with the possibility that the original Ancient Device “event” is also spawned. Using this bounty you should very easily find The Veiled Treasure in less than an hour.
You can do this outside of the campaign mode? If you say yes, I am going to cry. LOL
The Veiled Treasure is a zone that is not specific to campaign mode. It will trigger the achievement in Adventure mode as well.
I have been doing this 100% in campaign mode and stuck at the very end of Chapter 2 while doing it.
