I completed Season 25 in adventure mode and not once did I ever see One Soul Shard. Is this a gimmick or what ?

Second, you must have a seasonal character.
Third, you could buy a Bag of Fortune from Djank Mi’em, the PTR Vendor (the giant goatman).
