No reward after completion of Conqueror achievement

Hi, i have completed the the Conqueror achievement today (24.05.2020) but i receive no reward,the portrait frame and a stash

You need to complete the previous chapters as well. Also, there is a cap on stash tabs. If you already have all the ones available to you, you will not receive another one.

thank you for clarification, but still have not received the frame, that might because like you posted have to complete previous achievements

13. Season Journey Level Not Giving Me the Rewards from Slayer/ Champion/Destroyer/Conqueror/Guardian.
    You cannot get the Season Journey Rewards until ALL prior chapters are complete. Slayer must be complete before you can complete Champion which is also then required to complete Destroyer, etc. So for the extra stash tab you MUST complete Chapters 1-4, Slayer, Champion, Destroyer & Conqueror challenges as an example.

Can you confirm that you’ve also fully completed Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, Slayer, Champion and Destroyer, in addition to Conqueror?

You should be able to easily determine which Chapters you have not completed. When you open your Achievements Window it should default to the earliest Chapter you still have Journey Objectives to be completed.

Once you’ve completed all the Objectives in that Chapter it will advance to the next Chapter that you still have not fully completed (by default). You DO NOT and NEVER WILL receive rewards for any Chapter you complete until you complete all the Objectives for all previous Chapters as well.

This is intentional and IS NOT a game bug.
