Died to fire chains in a greater rift and wasn’t given an option to resurrect. Had to leave game as there was no other option.

Today I facing this problem twice in GRs. Waste me time and GR stone.
I also just had the same issue. Died in a Neph rift but can’t revive. Not a hardcore character
good to know that 18 months later this is still an issue. I assume at this point it’s intentional design
Not a problem in Hardcore.
