No primal guaranteed on my first gr70

i didnt get my guaranteed primal on my first Gr70 solo (no-seasonal / HardCore) … i did twice and i do not know what to do. You must do something that sucks … investigate on my account and you will understand why you have to fix this issue… that turn me off

Hey Sephiroth.

Not a bug, unfortunately. Completion of a non-seasonal GR70 does not guarantee a drop.

Non-Seasonal does not get the guaranteed drop but they will still unlock.

Guaranteed primal is season-only, come from a seasonal achievement.
Try again in coming S19.

Also, if your Blood Shard cap in non-Season is 1200+ you can be assured that Primal items are unlocked for all your non-Season Characters (Level 1 through Level 70).
