No Organ Drops at all

I’m on T12 and no organs dropped.

Hey , do you mean the organs for making Hellfire amulets and rings? They drop from Uber fights that you initiate in New Tristram using Infernal Machines in the Heretic’s Abode (Northern New Tristram to the right of Myriam).

Alternatively, is this a D2R problem? In that case, this is the wrong forum.

Does D2:R have a T12 Difficulty?


On Torment XII (T12):

  • Keywardens drop 1 Infernal Machine with an 80% chance to drop a second one.
  • Hellfire Bosses (see @Zurtles post above) drop 2 Hellfire Mats (organs) with a 90% chance to drop a third one.

Next time you run a Realm, any one of them, take a screenshot of the loot that drops. (You might also want to check how many Hellfire Mats you have before and after you kill the Uber Bosses).
