Hola buenas, llevo jugando desde que salio la temporada soy de paragon 750 y por mas que busco en tormentos altos y bajos no me sale la linda receta de la gema real me podrian ayudar por favor gracias,

Have you been doing bounties ? The recipes for Royal and Flawless Royal gems drop from the Horadric chest that you get when you have done the 5 bounties in the act.

Jeweler Designs are like Blacksmith Plans. They can drop from both, Bounty Cache and Odious Collectors (green Goblins).
Yes, and I do all the missions of the acts that I am asked for, but one does not come out, and I do the acts both in high and low torments, but I don’t know what else to do, I kill the goblins but nothing to one, I would like to have Any solution for that, thanks.
If they aren’t dropping from bounty caches, perhaps you forgot to change the view to "All Gems" instead of “Craftable Gems” ?
The reason I thought you were not doing bounties is because none of your heroes, season or non-season, have royal or flawless royal gems… of any type.
As suggested by @Jay, ensure that you are viewing all gems… see the screenshot below :
If there are no royal or flawless royal gems listed… then something is very wrong. Take a screenshot and include it in this topic.

In your screenshot… you already know the recipes for the royal and flawless royal amethyst and the royal and flawless royal diamond.
So I do not understand what the issue is… you already learned the plans so they are not dropping any more.
