I’m not getting the double primal drops on any place.
- not in nephalim rifts
- not in GR’s
- not from kadala
I’ve unlocked already unlocked all 3 potions, only staff of herding and 1600 shards left…
Not a bug.
You have to unlock the ENTIRE Altar of Rites to get the double Primal drops and Cosmetic Rewards.
That means: All 26 Seals and all 3 Potion Powers.

You have to also click the head at the bottom to activate Double primals and the Wings.

Awsome thanks for the explanation! Was under the assumption, double primals would drop the second you got your first potion…
