According to the Icy Veins Guide, the proper Class must be wearing the proper Set(s). And it states that you must be getting the 6-piece Bonus. Not just wearing the 6 pieces.

Even the in-game descriptions say it must be done with the 6-piece Bonus . So, the question now is, just what is the bug?

My DH did GR55 with Nat set without equipping Rain of Vengeance skill. I.e. not using any set bonus of Nat. Only Yang bow has augmented. My paragon was sub-700. So, it is doable.

As I didn’t equip RoV skill, I couldn’t have any 2, 4, or 6 set bonuses of Natalya, but I still got the achievement. So, I think just wearing 6 pcs (or 5+RoRG) is good enough.
