No corrupted angel flesh in Large Horadric Chest from Act IV bounties

I’m not getting any (0, zero) corrupted angel flesh in the Large Horadric Chest when I finish all 5 Act IV bounties. Please help.

To chime in - I just ran a non-season, T9, Act IV bounty run with the OP. I received the 8 Corrupted Angel Flesh. He did not, so yeah, something ain’t right.

Did you do a scan and repair like I suggested in your other thread?

Edit:
In case you don’t know how, just click the little icon beside the “Play” button on the Blizzard launcher and click Scan and Repair.

Chiming in again, and this is towards any tech support reading this.

I can confirm that I did a non-season, T9, Act IV bounty run with the OP as stated above. That was in a game he created and invited me into.

I wondered if perhaps it may be caused by his creating a game, so I created a non season, T13 game, Act IV and invited him to join - again, I received the Angel Flesh, he did not.

Then I got to thinking. If you look at his profile, he does have powers extracted in Kanai’s Cube, so he must have been able to get the angel flesh at some point in the past. Is it possible that he is receiving them and his material tab counter is just not registering / showing them?

Far fetched, I know, but something is wonkey… :thinking:

Just thinking out loud here, but if OP completes a challenge rift, do they get Corrupted Angel Flesh then?

I thought about trying that also. And then I checked youtube for this weeks Challenge Rift - we’re going to pass on testing that. Horrible WD setup, probably not worth the effort.

It is good of you to take the time to game with Cherokeenigh and help them determine what the issue is. Well done.  

How were you able to confirm this?

I just had to take his word for it. Yeah, a screenshot would be nice, but no reason for him to lie. Like I said, I wonder if his counter is just out of whack, since he must have gotten some in the past to be able to have Kanai Cube powers extracted and selected.

I don’t think so either. I’m just wondering if the Corrupted Angel Flesh Mats are dropping from the Large Horadric Chest or they’re just not registering in the Mats Inventory.

You stated that he’s able to extract Powers, which is an indication that they’re dropping for him and he’s picking them up.

I would like to see two screenshots:

  1. The items on the ground after he’s opened the Bounty Chest. (Before they’re picked up).
  2. His Mats Inventory opened. (After he’s picked them up).

This might help Blizzard’s QA Team pinpoint where the issue is.

We did both those runs with his Crusader. I wonder if a different character would have the same problem?

His only other Character is a non-Season Monk. She looks like she could use some gear. Take him out and let him find some Legendary Monk items and see if he can extract the Powers.

You can also help him finish Act IV Bounties and see if changing Characters made a difference.

That is strange. Have you tried extracting anymore Legendary Powers since you’ve had this issue?

I can’t. I don’t have any corrupted angel flesh to extract powers.

You have some Powers extracted and equipped. I just wanted you to check to see if you can still extract Powers. But, when you say you can’t, I assume you mean you’ve already tried.

You’re welcome. And only users with Trust Level 3 can embed images. The way you posted your link above was the correct way for TL-0 through TL-2.

Are you still able to get crafting materials in the other Act caches? Just wondering if there is some weird connection issue that’s interfering with your drops. It shouldn’t only apply to one Act, though, so if it is affecting other Act bounties, it may help narrow down the issue.

Yes. I can get other materials, but not corrupted angle flesh in Act IV.
