The armoury website has been buggy for a while now.

…this should display the armour site for you.
However, in the last few days, that’s also been unreliable, and you may need to refresh the page multiple times before it successfully displays your heroes.
It’s an issue with Blizzard’s own armoury pages, not the underlying data because if you go to https://maxroll.gg/d3planner and import your heroes, all of the data will be displayed.

The OP’s Battlenet ID starts with a 1, which means their home region is The Americas. Their EU career page shows a single, level 69 non-seasonal Barb, and hasn’t even maxed out all three artisans. They also mention “all my chars” so that would tend to suggest US region heroes, as there’s only one hero on EU.
That gets us back to the issues with the armoury sites now redirecting to logged-in user’s home regions, so if I follow the URL to the OP’s career page, I get directed to the EU one, even if I start with a us in the URL, preventing viewing of their US page, unless I log out of the website.
This is such a mess.
Thanks for all the replies. It has started to work this morning after yesterday PW reset. IDK if the reset solved my problem but now all my chars are showing correctly. (yes I am on US servers)
Yes… Blizzard has fixed the Profile thing for now… clicking on View Profile will now correctly show the profile. Let’s hope it stays fixed for good !
Password reset worked for me too. happy my Heroes are back in the D3 website
