Then try Console Discussion.
The vast majority of reported ‘Bugs’ are actually user error and other players come to help.
There are several long-standing real Bugs in the PC version that have never been fixed.

I’m having the same issue this was actually my first challenge rift ive ever done and was doing it for the altar however it never showed up in my inventory it even shows a check mark on the challenge rift page before you start the game. No idea what happened all I know is I got screwed out of a challenge rift reward.

… you transferred it from your in-game mail to your inventory?
