No challenge rift cache

So I did the challenge rift and didn’t get a cache.

Did you finish it in time? Did you make your seasonal character before you did it? Did you check mail?

The current Challenge Rift 355 was deployed last Monday, April 8, 2024. The next Challenge Rift 356 isn’t available until sometime tomorrow afternoon.

Are you sure you haven’t already collected the current Challenge Rift, before Season 31 started? (You can only collect one per week per Region).

Edit: You didn’t tell us you were playing on console. You should probably move this thread to the Console Bug Report forum. This forum is for reporting D3 game bugs on a PC on the Live server.

Moving Threads

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the title of your thread.
  2. Click the “Category” field to bring up a list of Forums.
  3. Find the proper Forum and select it.
  4. Save your edit.

This will move your thread to the selected Forum, including all replies.

Yah, i beat the time, the challenge rift shows a a green check mark over the treasure box.

I havent played since last season, months.

I beat the rift and logged over to my seasonal toon went to the challenge rift pedastool and no reward.

That’s not the way to claim the cache…

It is if playing on console.

On PC the cache is in the in-game email.

Collecting mail on a console is different than on PC.

Looks like the cache was ‘pedastolen’ from kidcriticus :frowning_face:

Yeesh… gone are the days i would scour the map for that literal dot of an entrance.
