No active character viewable when playing

I started my season and the game worked fine. When I got out though it did not show that I have any characters in the game. When I started a new character either in season or out it game me my paragons. However, I obviously do not want to start a new character every time I go to play. I was informed when I reported this a few hours ago that The character part of the game is not working as intended.

Please let me know when it is fixed so that I can continue to play my season.

Are you on a Console? Blizz never answers here on PC Bug Report.

I am playing on a PC. I did not initially report it here. I was told by a Game Master to report it here. Still, I need help figuring what the heck is happening with the game for me this season. I still cannot play.
